Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and services, we have a no refund policy on all services and products. All sales are final. Any delivery issues must be reconciled through the supplier.
Cancellations & Late Arrival
We allow a 15-minute grace period. After the 15-minute mark, a $15 late fee will be added to your service.
After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
Arriving late will affect the length and quality of your service. We will always try to accommodate late arrivals with the best possible treatment in the time remaining.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. After 48 hours, a new deposit is required.
Cancellations made by the client will result in the deposit being forfeited.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
No-call/no-show will result in a hold placed on the client’s profile, and the full balance must be paid before booking a new appointment.
Rescheduling
Clients are allowed one reschedule per deposit, within 30 days of the original appointment.
Client Satisfaction
Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for any treatments rendered.
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 72 hours of your service date.
